Now that we’ve recognized the fundamentals of operating an SMS advertising strategy with TextMagic (see past posts) we can analyze in details how you go about delivering your details.
There are going to be quite a few screenshots in this publish, all of them taken from the TextMagic cpanel. As such, you might discover factors a bit simpler if you actually have your cpanel start while you study and discover the resources as we talk about them. If you do not yet have a TextMagic consideration, you can make one using the hyperlinks on our home-page (remember it’s totally able to subscribe – you do not have to pay for anything until you buy attributes to deliver messages).
OK, so we’re going to deliver a promotion concept to a record of individuals I’ve developed. Because I want to use this record more than once without having to re-enter the figures whenever, I’ve developed a team known as “example promotion list”. I can see it in my team administrator, which I get to by simply clicking the “groups” weblink in the left-hand nav of my TextMagic cpanel or the top nav of one of the connections pages:

You’ll observe that to the right of the name of each team are three hyperlinks. “Send” is a quick way of delivering an SMS to everyone in the team – useful if you need to get out a concept in a rush, in reaction to fast-moving activities. “Delete” is apparent. “Edit” allows you to relabel the team, modify its details and, vitally, add and eliminate figures from it.
(Top tip: it’s useful to provide your categories significant titles and descriptions: “Mac clients outdated 25 to 30″ is more useful than “List 1″. Why? Because if you are intelligent about your SMS promotion you will have a variety of categories, firmly described by industry section. It’s useful to be able to tell them apart.)
What happens if you click on “Send”? You get taken instantly to the primary concept delivering display, which will look a bit like this (with my annotations):

You’ll see that the program has instantly placed the name of your team, in rectangle supports, into the individuals box. You could have done this personally if you came to the display another way, and you can also place more categories (in rectangle brackets) or personal figures (not bracketed) – make sure to personal them with commas.
Now it’s a chance to make our concept. We can make only one, easy concept from the begining, with no logo. That is what I’ve done here: “Hello – be sure to examine out TextMagic.com!”. However, that isn't very exciting and not very versatile, especially if you are operating a lot of multiple SMS promotion strategies and you need to focus on different viewers very accurately.
The “template” and “tag” choices, proven in the top right of the screen shot above, help us handle factors more successfully. You can use the design device to select from a variety of layouts that you have pre-designed and saved in the program (visit the “templates” weblink in the left-hand nav to see how it works). Labeling is even wiser, as you can see here:

(Note that if you are using tag details when delivering to associates of a team, the associates also have to be detailed independently, with their name details, in your “contacts” record and connected to categories from there – they are going to appear on the group’s modify web page. You can get into cellular figures straight into categories from the modify web page, but you cannot place name details this way.)
